Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges with fabric unless received in the same condition you received it.  Should you find that you have a problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact us at canadaeh1fabric@gmail.com. We will do the best we can to make it right.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders where pricing is incorrectly set on our website. We will notify you if this happens before proceeding. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund you the difference (overcharge) or send you an invoice for the difference (undercharge).

 

Price Match Promise

We promise to match the regular price of any fabric you find at a lower regular price on another online Canadian fabric store.

Send us the link to the Canadian site, showing the exact product, and we will match that price and give you an additional 10% more off your purchase of that fabric.
